What's the difference between Pro, Pro+ Lite, and Pro+?
Pro is a desktop application that runs locally on your machine ($49.99/month). Pro+ Lite is a browser-based plan at $79.99/month. It includes all Desktop Pro features, High Performance Managed Hosting, and Your Own Unique URL. Pro+ is a fully hosted, single-tenant environment running on a dedicated VPS at $149.99/month, adding a Dedicated Static IP on top of everything in Pro+ Lite.
What is Pro+ Lite?
Pro+ Lite is a web-based Tradecopia subscription at $79.99/month. It includes all features of the Desktop Pro plan plus High Performance Managed Hosting and Your Own Unique URL. It does not include a free trial - the subscription starts on day one.
Is there a free trial?
Pro has a 7-day free trial with no payment required upfront. Pro+ Lite and Pro+ do not include a trial - subscriptions for both start on day one.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your trial converts to a paid monthly subscription automatically. You'll be charged $49.99/mo for Pro. Cancel any time before day 7 and you won't be charged.
Can I switch between Pro and Pro+?
Yes. In your account settings, select Plan and switch at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
Can I pay quarterly, and how does the discount work?
Yes. For a limited time you can choose quarterly billing and save 30% on Pro, 25% on Pro+ Lite, or 20% on Pro+ - the same discount as our annual plans, but for a 3-month commitment instead of 12. The offer is open to both new and existing subscribers. If you already subscribe monthly, you can switch to quarterly from your account settings and the change is prorated. Quarterly plans renew automatically every 3 months, and like all Tradecopia plans, payments are non-refundable.
Are there any discount codes available?
New customers can apply promo code TC for 30% off their first month. Affiliate codes from our partner creators also provide 30% off the first month. Discounts apply to the first billing cycle only and cannot be stacked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing cycle, no questions, no retention call.
What is your refund policy?
Tradecopia operates a no-refund policy. The 7-day free trial on Pro is designed to give you full confidence before committing. First-time subscribers in exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis - contact support directly before initiating any payment dispute.
